What is a golden visa?

Golden visa program is an investment increasing policy that gives non-European citizens, the opportunity to get European residence by investment. The minimum investment required is 250,000€, which makes Greece Golden Visa Program the lowest investment program in Europe.

Under this program, Athinaiki Real Estate offers properties, either residential or commercial, not leased – for private use – or leased – for investment.
